Acıbadem Project Management provided consultancy services in the areas of Architectural and Mechanical-Electrical Project Design, Project Management, and Medical Equipment Planning for the Roha Medical Campus project in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Acıbadem Project Management supported the project team through reporting on behalf of the Client representative. Experience was transferred on identifying hospital capacity, functionality, patient-visitor and staff flows, and potential risks during the operational phase. APM ensured regular updates to the client on potential issues by evaluating the potentials of design and implementation teams. APM provided project management consultancy regarding the breakdown and flow of design and field work schedules to meet the project's targeted deadlines.
