Acıbadem Sağlık Yatırımları Holding A.Ş. (“ASYH”) was incorporated in 2007 in İstanbul to invest into shares and assets of companies which operates in the healthcare industry.
IHH Healthcare Berhad, one of the largest healthcare chain in the world, which has 77 hospitals and healthcare investments in 10 major countries of Asia-Pacific region, through its strong structure arising out of the partnerships with Khazanah -investment fund of Malaysian government, Mitsui&Co. Ltd. company from Japan and Aydınlar Family.
ASYH has a partnership agreement with Integrated Healthcare Hastaneleri Turkey Sdn. Bhd. (“IHH Turkey Sdn. Bhd”), which is a subsidiary of IHH Healhtcare Berhad, and is an important part of this chain since 2012.
