Acıbadem Labcell

This is a cGMP certified laboratory planned to supply cellular treatment products. It is the leading laboratory of Turkey in the field of immunotherapy and stem cell researches, notably, cellular treatments and cancer vaccines thanks to its R&D infrastructure. It is home to laboratories such as PCR laboratory areas, quality control laboratories as well as 3 class B clean rooms, one being with negative pressure. Also, a cryogenic tank area has been created for storage of products and samples generated.

Pressure differences between class B and class C sterile rooms located at the laboratory and air quality can be instantly monitored by means of special equipment. Data records of these measurements in line with GMP requirements are kept in a certified fashion, and possible deviations are notified to officials by means of an alarm that goes off and such deviations are recorded. The entire system has been validated according to GAMP 5.
