Ataşehir Acıbadem Hospital And Office Project

The hospital building is 65.000 sqm, has 298 patient bed capacity, 45 Intensive Care Units, 15 Тeonatal Intensive Care Units, 2 Delivery Rooms and an underground-parking area for 270 vehicles. The office building offers Class-A quality accommodation to a range of tenants with 1.600 sqm typical floor plates. The total square meter of the project is 98.000 sqm.

Designed using advanced computer-modeling techniques, the building represents new thinking in architectural form. Featuring gently rounded and arced geometries, the buildigns’ shapes are smooth and sleek. A sophisticated sun-shading system of “brise soleil” (shading elements), floor-to-ceiling glass, increased ceiling heights, efficient lighting, and mechanical systems are important elements of the overall design strategy. Analysis of sunlight patterns throughout the year produced a thermal map of the building’s surface and the “brise soleil” are employed accordingly.
